A sanctuary for rest, renewal, and gentle restoration โ a space where you are invited to soften, reconnect, and simply be.
Within every session, youโll be guided through meditation, mindful movement, and intentional release through slow, accessible movement, breath awareness, and moments of rest that support the nervous system and cultivate a sense of ease.
Modifications and options will always be offered, honoring limited mobility, injury, chronic pain, or simply the desire to move with tenderness.

About your teacher;
Serena (Zen) started her yoga journey in 2015 when she began her soul healing process. After years of practicing she found herself having to begin again after a car accident forced her into a year of physical therapy. Through starting over, she found her passion for using yoga to heal the body.
During her sessions you can expect a soothing sequence with soft sounds to match. She loves to incorporate blocks, blankets and other tools to ease the body into itโs Asana. As a long time entrepreneur in the field of spirituality and metaphysics, she loves to blend her love of crystals, chakras and affirmations into her sessions to create an uplifting, healing and empowering atmosphere
